COVA is a premium skincare brand with exceptional products and a Squarespace website that made them look like a hobby shop. They were losing customers at the moment of purchase because the site didn't match the product's quality. The packaging was stunning. The digital experience was not.

We rebuilt their entire brand identity and Shopify store from scratch, positioning COVA exactly where their products deserved to be: in the luxury tier.

The old site had a 4.2% conversion rate — industry average is 2.5%, so it wasn't catastrophically bad, but the brand was undercharging by 40% because customers didn't perceive the value. The checkout flow had 6 steps. Product photography was inconsistent. There was no loyalty mechanism. Revenue was plateauing at a ceiling they couldn't break through.

Our Solution

We started with brand positioning: luxury, editorial, minimalist. New logo, new color system, new typographic identity. Then we rebuilt the Shopify store to match — custom sections, editorial product pages, a 3-step checkout, and a loyalty and reorder flow that increased LTV from day one. We also directed the re-shoot of all product photography.
