Tier 1–3 sites are not self-service. Content changes — phone numbers, service descriptions, hours — go through us and are billed by scope. Tier 4+ includes a CMS for designated content areas. If day-to-day editing matters to you, that's a Tier 4 conversation.
Timelines are a shared commitment. When we're waiting on content, approvals, or decisions, we'll reach out promptly to keep things on track. Detailed timeline policies are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
A revision round is one consolidated list submitted at one time — not a rolling thread of messages. Each round is returned within 3–5 business days. Changes must fall within your original agreed scope. New features or pages are quoted separately. Additional rounds are available at the per-tier rate.
