Every service below is available as a standalone add-on — to an existing engagement, a care plan, or entirely on its own. All work is scoped in writing, approved before it begins, and executed under the same standard as every BTA build. No ambiguity. No surprises.

Every engagement is scoped before it's priced. Multi-system builds, hybrid retainers, phased rollouts, franchise infrastructure — all quoted directly. If your situation doesn't fit a line item, that means we build something around it.
All engagements are governed by a signed service agreement prior to commencement of work. Invoices not paid within the agreed schedule are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee on the outstanding balance. Any request outside the original signed scope requires a written change order approved by the client before work begins. Rush fees apply to any deliverable requiring completion outside the standard project queue. Deposits are non-refundable. Completed work is non-refundable regardless of project status at time of request.
