NovaPay came to The Algorithm with a product that worked beautifully under the hood — and a digital presence that was killing their growth. Their onboarding flow was bleeding users. Their homepage communicated nothing. Investors were skeptical about credibility. We rebuilt the entire platform from the ground up.

The existing site had a 71% bounce rate on the homepage and a 68% drop-off on step 2 of onboarding. The brand looked like every other gray fintech startup. Users couldn't tell what the product actually did within the first 10 seconds. The company was months from a Series A and needed the digital presence to match.

We designed a full custom web application UI, rebuilt the onboarding flow from scratch, and created a brand identity system that positioned NovaPay as a challenger brand — premium, bold, and trustworthy. The new homepage communicates the core value proposition in under 4 seconds. Every onboarding screen was tested, simplified, and rebuilt with conversion as the primary metric.
